Introduction

Life has a way of catching up to us, It breaks us down, and makes us feel like we just can't move forward. When these things happen in life, we must stop, step back, take some time out for ourselves and then move forward.


Taking the time out of our day for some much-needed self-care is key to allowing ourselves to regain the strength that we need in our mind, body, and spirit so that we can excel in every area of our lives. Living with a chronic illness can be more challenging at times, and self-care becomes more of a necessity than something that we have to schedule into our day.

In this lesson, I will talk about the many benefits of self-care and include a few time-tested self-care techniques to help you reset and regain your momentum.
